Ultrasonic Food Cutting Systems, is the method which is developed to prevent shape deformation during slicing or cutting food. Ultrasonic cutting is the process used to separate the food with periodic vibrations. The performance of this ultrasonic cutting depends on the physical and chemical properties of the food. For physical properties we can count shape, temperature and for chemical properties we can say the oil and humidity.
